Focus Tai Chi and The Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) are happy to announce a public event we’re calling World Tai Chi Day 2016.

If you want to learn some tai chi or qigong then you should plan to spend World Tai Chi Day 2016 at the college located at 65 East Wacker Place, Chicago Il 60601 on the 17th floor. We’ll be hosting a round-robin sort of event with different rooms offering different styles of tai chi and qigong exercises from various instructors. This is a perfect chance to come out and sample different styles of tai chiand qigong to see if anything clicks. PCOM will also have someone on hand to talk about the school’s programs and clinic for those who have interest.
