Our Fitness Journey – Day 1: Not so great

The first day. Head aches. Sensitivity to light. Ugh.

What seems to be a small step but is really a big one: removing added sugar from your diet!

Feeling like crap and really lethargic but moving is the best thing.

And don’t forget to drink water. Water is your friend! It won’t make you feel amazing, but it will make you feel a little better.
