OK, we almost didn’t make it today! Getting off sugar makes you crabby and we were snippy and had a tiff, so that delayed things, and we were tired. But we never quibble for long and we wanted to bring you Day 4 of our fitness journey!
Oh, and the the ends somehow got snipped off during the recording. :-/
