Fitness Journey – Day 2: Not Feeling So Great, but Better

Still no energy, but the lights and sounds don’t make my head hurt as much.

I didn’t select and start a exercise program, but that’s ok, I still didn’t have any sugar, and that was the most important thing. Small steps. I will try again tomorrow.

Sugar is so addicting. Getting off sugar is not fun. But continuing sugar while being a huge sugar addict will not work, so it’s been cold turkey. It gets better. Been here before. Drink water!
